You all know we have been WORKING hard with Rachel’s potty training. Well, over the Thanksgiving holiday she did pretty good, until in-laws came that is, but since they have been gone she has done great. Anyway, yesterday when I was picking her up from the day care she told me that she had to go potty in “that” bathroom. It is a bathroom in the hall, that I had a feeling she just wanted to go into, but I obliged her anyway. She sat up there for a few seconds and said, “I tan’t doe tee-tee.” I didn’t think she really needed to go, but I asked her if she was for sure and she replied with a head shake and “Yep, I tink my tee-tee is a sweep, it’s not working!”
I thought that was funny, Carlton thought it was disturbing! LOL

He says, “It’s just plain wrong…”

That’s pretty good!! THe things kids say are truly the best! I love how their little minds work!
The potty training is by far one of the hardest things we’ve done around here in a long time! You’ve done it before so I’m sure you were aware of that and I wasn’t to begin with. Good luck with it!! We had to use the earring thing as the grand prize. I think (I said think) and HOPE beyond hope that we are now officially “potty trained” with Maggie, but only time will tell.
Goodl uck with it!!
